Pre-order shipping questions

I apologize in advance if this question has been answered but i have not found an answer through the swarm of pre-order questions atm.

1) When will our pre-orders be received? (Am worried buying through SE -if thats the only viable option - will bring a delay to NA customers, nulling pre-order benefits.

2) Are there any SE approved outlets to purchase CE copies locally in the US? (Just got off phone with Gamestop who IS offering pre-orders for ARR but NOT CE.

I ordered my CE box set from SE (since that is our only option). There are two items in the "cart". One is the box which will ship, per your shipping method chosen. This is charged at $69.99.

The other item in the cart is a pre-order code charged at $0.00. I assume this code is to DL and have early access. I'm legacy so I don't think I'll need to do that anyway, but just to let you know.

I wanted to order the CE from Amazon (for launch day delivery) or simply pick it up at my GameStop, but apparently the NA CE is exclusive to the SE Store, unfortunately.
