    I almost have the full set but just realized i forgot to get the trousers before the servers went down, this missing pants thing is driving me crazy.

    If you have them in the beta then yes they still be around and be a way to get them.

    Any item you have in beta3 then it's in the game it's not hard to understand lol. Everything that should be gone is gone everything that should be there is there. So if you have them now then they be a way to get the item in 2.0.

    Unless it's something like raven earring and where it's pointless and have dumb stats.

    There's no Skirmish in ARR, so I can only assume that it won't be obtainable.

    I don't believe the Giantsgall weapons were listed as unobtainable in that post during 1.0, however there won't be any skirmish content in ARR, so I think they should have been listed but were missed.
