You mentioned possibly adding a new race such as "Viera". FFXIV game play allows you to level multiple jobs thus not requiring you to create multiple characters. Do you plan on introducing a new race at the start of ARR? If not, will you allow characters to change their race in the future?

Many players have already leveled all the jobs to 50. With only having one more job introduced at the release; it will not be long after the release that most players will have Summoner at 50 as well. When will the level cap be raised?
