ARR Housing - Will reach this level of customization?

Anyway i really hope that ARR housing will give a lot of customization ( building from the ground up like rift and interesting idea like wildstar) , and at the same time i hope that the game will have it at launch and not in the first major patch >_>

I don't really mind a static house shape/size so long as we have plenty of furniture to make our layouts look unique.

i would say i doubt that. SE always one step behind

bet all were getting is a roof, texture swap and little things inside like FFXI.

I hope SE give us lots preset, maybe 3 preset outside look for each size each zone (ie, 9 total for small size), then we just need to worry about the furniture and decoration.

Nothing wrong with preset, but I'd like to see how houses will become actually usefull in ARR,
perhaps we could do some cooking in the kitchen for example.

I hope they also have a (free)MH like in 11 that you use and can setup like 11 till you have the money to buy a house.
Hopeing that its only a one time fee to buy a house, unlike Aion that if you buy a house that you have to pay a weekly maint. upkeep and if you don't pay you lose the house... just hope SE don't do the maint. fee. . .

It would be nice to see all my characters on the same server living in the same house.
E.g. When I go home, I see my 2nd character cooking in the kitchen, my 3rd fishing in the nearby pond...etc etc

Unlikely, unless S-E surprises me.

What I am hoping and predicting, is that they launch a solid core that eventually allows S-E to do anything and everything with it. But it's all wait and see.
