HASTE SPELL

Self target only would be mandatory but I think of a sort of "high level" self target buff to increase your output would be neat. The moment they introduce haste it will become mandatory for progressing content if it's able to be cast on everyone.

They said in the last Live Letter that there will be NO Haste spell so don't count on it. We will have gear that will lower Global Cool down AND abilities to attack faster... Go read up I guess..

I think they said with the way they have the battle system there's no need for haste.
