Having a wallpaper generator with the background, pose, and gear of your choice would be very tough for a number of reasons, but we are planning to implement events in the future that will use the past generators features at the very least.

Only semi-related, but I hope they give us an opportunity to get the bikinis in ARR. I missed out on the event for reasons that were entirely my fault, but that is the only event gear that I missed that I regret missing.

I have heard of a great wallpaper generator. it's called play the game and take screenshots at your desktop resolution. Then you can pose any way you want with any background you want...

I mentioned in a similar thread about having a FFXIV Windows 7 theme where there is an RSS feed that updates with new wallpaper from the game. Like, people could upload screenshots they took of the game and submit them, and we could use them for wallpaper.

If I remember correctly, Yoshi said we won't be able to get THOSE outfits again. But that there would be others or something similar.

FFXI's POL had a slide show of wallpapers ..they could make those for FFXIV as a downloadable fan-kit

How about an in game room with unshaded magenta walls so after TAKING SCREENSHOTS IN AN OPTIONAL ~~~.PNG~~~ FORMAT we can quickly replace it with another background in photoshop or the like?
