Getting an "APPLY NOW" e-mail is kind of irksome since I HAVE DONE and no invite

I received TWO of those mails, one for my main account (that was already applied) and one for my inactive mule account (that I refrained to apply because I'm fair like that).

I wasn't too pleased, not much for the mails themselves, but for the fact that they still didn't let in all those that applied, and they look for more?

SE's automated mailing system is so bloody slow, like i didn't get the email for patch 1.19 until 1.21 was already out.
