So.... You don't think there needs to be some kind of management system for whatever replaces linkshells? Be it free companies or whatever, there will still need to be an effective way to manage whatever "group" you decide to join.

You should let people set up custom ranks and titles for members along with member comments too. Noticed that was missing in 1.0

I think this is fine, as long as the leadership pass isn't permanent, or is only activated if nobody else has already been given administrative powers by the leader.

Seeing how the UI in ARR has greatly changed, I would assume that the LS commands will also be upgraded and more organized.

For linkshells, I could care less about changing authority levels or whatever, but it would still be really nice to remove linkshell members when they aren't still logged on (and certainly, even if they don't happen to be within 20 yalms of you). Even if it's a place "just to chat", sometimes you end up wanting someone to go away, and they don't always just gracefully drop their linkpearl, you know? Which can make it super uncomfortable for everyone when they log on at times when the leaders aren't on and harass everyone else.

Will we be getting a feature like /lmes? and I think that the leader pass should have the feature to add a person to take over untill they return. ie vaction or have it passed down per next highest rankin the F.C.
