    hmm... let say as Dicipline of War you wouldnt have to deal with emnity or boosting defence(reference to another thread) to draw the aggresivity of monsters
    would you judge normal to use healing or magical attacks instead

    i reworked thing around where i think damage would be done crystal damage cant be absorbed by players
    i think in an MMO that would be plainly weird to just say : "yeah let put teamkill"
    so therfore
    if there would be extra damage from a specific element to yourself from another player that would add a small buff
    what i tought is: DMG + Buff so infact that would be a sacrifice but add a buff

    Ice : Magic Evasion
    Wind : Atk Speed for X seconds or Atk Speed for X number of attacks(maybe just TP regen???)
    Fire : Magic Potency for X number of attacks or Magic Potency for X seconds
    Water : MP Regen for X seconds or Instant
    Lightning : Attack Power for X seconds or Atk Power for X number of attacks
    Earth : Phys Def for X seconds or Phys Def for X amount of times

    therefor if a player can absord the amount damage dealed by the crystal skill
    no buff is added

    oh just so to justify the change above is like an - emnity so infact that would involve players using tactics of course thats something have seen in battle where WHM useally use AoE heal for apparent reason to keep players alive during boss battles
    even if everyone doesnt need HP

    but i must clarify that if YOU GUYS think that the Crystal Skill should only be used by JOBS ... i think that would be normal
    cuz i dont think that would make sense to allow a GLD to have more attack but it would be normal to have more healing
    so i think flash should blind more and flat blade to add MP instead( so it would mean that it would focus more on survival just like their armor was meant to be)
    also Marauder cant use MP so i tought provoke would decrease defence
    and chameleon to increase evasion

    so the party is most likely to become bind on their JOBS so infact in PVP jobs would be meant for support just like for example bard and so on

    side note .. i'm not sure yet how to deal with the healing calculation of the crystal skill on player vs player
    i was thinking maybe work around with the cooldown
    when i was about to go to sleep i tought that the Crystal skill cooldown should be 30 seconds just like provoke
