Thread: Gear Dyeing in 2.0

speaking of pink... some stupid school here in florida gave this kid ISS for his mom dying his hair pink in honor of Breast Cancer awareness because his grandmother and aunt or something had breast cancer... then got it again for his mom dying it black but the principle could still see highlights of purple in his hair because of the dye not taking correctly... stupid school...

maybe we can buy dye and change the amount we use to make many colors and shades, if free games like PWI can do it I am sure FFXIV can ^^

We discussed this with Yoshida and he said that it will be possible to freely dye these items in A Realm Reborn. He also mentioned that although colors won't be shown on the Market when you purchase, if you ever purchase something and it's a color you don't want, you'll be able to re-dye it freely.

As for the final number of colors, and what they are, that's all still in-development, so we'll be sure to let you know when we have solid information to share!
