Retainer Access Crash / Disconnection

Every time I try to access my retainer I crash/disconnect. This has been happening for awhile but I since I don't use my retainer that often anyways I thought it was minor bug till the next patch. After the patch the bug is still here, and I would like to access my retainer. I submitted a bug report. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ISP: Montana State University
Type of Internet Connection: Ethernet Cord, Broadband(?)
Internet Connection Speed: 20 Mbps
Date & Time: ~10/3/12 11:20pm
Frequency: Anytime I try to access my retainers items or manage items
Character Name: Railalis Nethikir
Race: Miqo'te
World: Balmung
Class/Level: Bard 50 (happens with any)
Area and Coordinates: Uldah Battlecraft's Ward, Ul'dah Adventure guild, Gridania Adventure Guild, Limsa Lominsa adventure guild
Party or Solo: solo
In-Game Time: Anytime
Steps:
1. Access Retainer summoning bell or go to retainer in wards
2. Speak with Retainer
3. Select "Exchange Items" or "View or Manage Bazaar Contents"
4. Windows prompt notifies that FFXIV has unexpected crashed.
