Spearfishing - where?

Hey guys,

I've recently taken up fishing for the first time currently at level 8, bought and equipped my gig and set out to Thalanar to try some spearfishing... One small problem, I have no idea what I'm doing and where I'm going?

On my radar the only nodes which appear seam to be shrubs which aren't intractable and fishing in the sea is obliviously just normal fishing... How exactly do I spearfish?

That's a botanist harvesting node actually, the ones you need appear as a fish on the minimap.

there you go. Just adjust filters to match your needs. Pretty useful.

....just in case you don't know: after you have exhausted a node, you'll need to go exhaust other two nodes before the first one to be used again.

So you basically need to:

1. look at the map I linked and filter it with the nodes you need;
2. choose which cycle you will do (there are 3 off hand nodes per grade at every zone - with 1 exception -);
3. exhaust 1st node;
4. exhaust 2nd node;
5. exhaust 3rd node;
6. go back to 1st node;
7. repeat from 3. to 6.
