Steps: I logged in, I went to leave the Ul'dah Inn, but I am unable to, either the game crashes or when I click the action icon and click exit inn nothing happens.

Edit: I've never had this problem until the recent Emergency patch, it may have something to do with that.

Yeah, I figured I should try that, I used return to my homepoint in Uldah, now the game just crashes for me, giving me a "Final Fantasy Xiv has stopped working"
