New Server IP Addresses

I would like to request SE provide IP's to the new servers so we can test ping speeds to them.

I ask because much like I am sure many others have multi regional linkshells, I want to find out what the speeds are going to be like so can have a good idea which servers we want to pick so as a shell we get the best possible outcome.
I have already tested servers in the locations I am sure the servers will be, but of course they won't be the same as having the exact location.

This request isn't going to stop that, if anything it'll help keep communities together, which is why I ask, I don't want my shell to break apart.

I doubt SE will ever give us those IP.

Your best bet would be to compare it to WoW. While the server locations won't be the same, I'm sure it won't be too far, the ping will be quite the same.

Implying overseas servers are already up and running while they just have been announced. We're not even sure yet if Alpha/Beta will takes place on datacenter located outside Japan, so asking for this really?

You'll get the IP the day you'll be able to access the server, there is absoletely no reason for SE to give us anything now. (I don't see the point either).

I want to measure latency with a loaded server. *Remembers EU Battle.net having constant 350ms latency at D3 release because of the server load while the server was physically located near me*
