Summoning retainer causes character to freeze in place.

Summoning my retainer (Bitts) from the Uldah tanner's ward causes my character (Niryo Nekko - Ridill) to just stand patiently waiting for Bitts and the only way to stop this is to Alt + F4. Sent in a GM call but was told to post it on lodestone instead. I searched for him at the ward itself but he wasn't there but my Retainer list still says he's there selling.
