Game pad vs Keyboard in ARR

Before I start, if this topic has been mentioned before please forgive me.

With that being said, I'm currently playing FFXIV with a game pad on my PC that I also use for FFXI as well. I am wondering once version 2.0 new name A Realm Reborn makes it debut will people such as myself that use a game pad while playing will miss out on a couple of perks such as being able to take a screen shot in the middle of a battle or switching from run to walk mode without having to use my keyboard. I currently don't know how to do it reason i'm stating these. My Question is that once the game has been released on the PS3 will it change to become PS3 people using controllers and PC players are to stick with keyboards? Basically can I do the exact same thing with my game pad (PC) or Controller (PS3) if i want to switch form playing on my computer to my PS3 without losing any little small perks as mentioned before.

Chances are, you WILL lose some small perks, simply because a keyboard has to many more keys than a controller.
There's jsut no room to put every little thing as a controller shortcut
