Quick leveling

Just wondering on what peeps think it the quickest or most efficient way of leveling?
Esp from 30+. Currently doing leves, but feel i'm missing something.

Make friends, then after making friends, ask them to create a xp party with you, if they are higher level, beg them to PL you, if you can't do either of them, you are stuck till we get that BS "leveling only by questing" in 2.0




Or you can always stick with leve's :x
