Being stuck in instances while leaving

Is this happening to anyone else because this is starting to get really fu*king annoying. When I go to leave any type of instance (wards, raids) no options come up to leave, I can't open menus, but I can type. I'm forced to shut down and wait the whatever minutes to my character to actually log out.

Now, i got stuck in the wards and I can't even log back in. "An error has occurred on the game server" over and over. Been waiting for about 20 minutes now and still nothing.

Don't know if this happened with the recent patch, but they really need to fix this sh*t.

1. Enter Wards/AV/any instance
2. Attempt to leave
3. No options come up? Just stuck there, but can still type.
4. Force restart and wait almost a half hour to get back in.
5. ???
6. No profit

Why is it that I can talk in LS chat, but not do anything else? I can't open menus or anything. This really needs to be addressed. I'm not the only one experiencing this. Others in my LS are experiencing the same thing. I told them not to enter the wards unless they didn't want to play, at all.

Apparently it's happening everywhere. My friend is in Grid and can't summon chocobo or open menus or anything. Just don't understand how this could be going on for so long without a hotfix.
