So where is it? Been wanting this spell since like forever. Why does this lalafell get it?

(oh yeah, don't try and pass off protect as this epic white mage spell. Not falling for it.)

Basically it's Stoneskin..since it's like a protective wall protecting you from ALL Dmg dealt until a certain cap is reached and the wall breaks.
And while it looks 10.000 times more awesome in the trailer than in the game, it's more useful to be casted on each party member instead of being stationary around the WHM :|

I thought it might be stone skin, but a stationary channeled ability isnt a bad idea either.

they should make it a spell so that it drains 100mp per second and the skill stays active until all mp is drained!

Idk, a separate force field that is whm centered could be quite useful. After all similar abilities are often PvP staples, but even if we had that spell today it would be situationally quite useful such as protecting fragile mages during Voice of the Lion, Aireal Blast, Hellfire, etc etc. High cost short duration or channeled or what have you could make it quite interesting.
