Unable to Mine Gold Ore in Halatali Leves

Not sure if it's intended or not but the leves don't reflect the new materials. For logging leves you can get some of the old drops that no longer drop from "normal" trees in the area.

This certainly sounds like an oversight on the dev's part.

Although I wouldn't expect them to address it, since they've been hinting at rebalancing gathering in 2.0.

I would add that the botany leve for Halatali doesn't drop one of the rosewoods (I forget now if it's branch or log) as well.

A couple of potential reasons for this:

1) Guildleves use the pre-1.21 loot tables.
2) Some guildleves have certain items removed from the loot table (no idea why).

I'm 48 with 167 Perception and I get HQ Darksteel Ore more often then i get HQ Copper Ore. Did I just hit a SUPER unlucky streak? It seems to me at nearly max level with the top perception gear you can get, you'd be getting Hq Copper almost every hit...

I think the general consensus is perception caps around 10% HQ rate.

At least with copper ore you can gather multiples.

I do get rosewood branches from halatali leves. It's rare, but they are there.

You get em from one of the leves but not the other.
