Chat commands occasionally not working.

Frequency: A few times a week.

Steps:
1. Occasionally, the chat commands for the different types of chat (/party, /say, /shout, et c.) do not work. It ignores the command at the beginning of the line and types it to whatever chat the log is set to.

For example: I can have my chat log in 'say' mode, with ctrl+s, and use '/shout' at the beginning of a line and still have that line output to the chat log's current mode.

It doesn't happen every time, but it happens frequently enough for it to be a bother.
