Nope. That has to be the first time someone's actually guessed something I typed was sarcasm and it wasn't... typically the opposite happens... a lot.
Because Linkshells want to keep their core of experienced players. Other shells will reward them for hard work. SE has put enough RNG into the game. Linkshells don't have to add to it.
This is a dumb statement that makes me wonder if you even play. First of all if you don't have a job leveled you can't play it in endgame content. Another issue is gear: Gear doesn't matter for WHM nearly as much as giving a care about your job. That's the same for every class. People don't always want to play WHM, but all content requires WHM so people should expect to play it at some point in their lives. Saying no to white mage forever is just silly. That's the same for every class.
Expecting the community to revolve around you and your desires is far more childlike than any elitist attitude.
Endgame content is serious in FFXIV ? Lol......
The funny thing is, the shell this is in reference to has no points system and deals with drops essentially how the game does with /random thrown in where needed. We don't really take it too seriously, and this is the second person to leave because they felt entitled when one friend gave another an item. In both cases the recipient included others on a /random anyway.
I think I've filled out maybe a handful of apps, because I was a complete stranger. Its perfectly acceptable, after all youre interviewing them just as much as they are you. You dont want to waste your time failing easy content or carrying a raid party.
Pretty sure like 99 % of the time good players are scouted, because they ran content with a linkshell and they're invited.
Guggy. Will you be online later plz?
I'm stuck at work for another 2 hours and I want to ask you something.
