It's 1.23, the end of the story, the final battle, the big showdown, high-noon, the content for the end.
Low level content come after all the battle, when the time come to rebuild what was destroyed.

The current game is mostly for the old players to give them something to do. SE want new players joining the game mostly with 2.0

It's cool to have all this stuff to do for 50s, but why even bother having levels if you can't do anything til the end?

It only takes about 3-4 days to hit 50 anyway.

I dont understand them, add new weps straight after relics weps, everyone will be going for relic.... they should have added armor

Not everybody is going after relic. Relic requires Garuda which most people cant beat and devs said skirmish weps are catered for ppl tthat cant defeat Garuda.

not counting the gil and time efforts. doing a relic it's a very long goal compared to farming a primal (bad luck aside)

It's for people who can't kill Garuda. Logical the weapons should be weaker than garuda weapons (someone who have already Garuda weapon should not need them or they would be for all). How much weaker? We will see
