Copy/Save/Transfer Macros

I have tried looking but have not yet found this in the FFXIV folders, so figured I would ask here to see if it was possible.

Is there a way to copy the file that saves your macros on your machine, either for backup or to move to a new computer? If so where is the file located?

My Documents > My Games > FINAL FANTASY XIV > user > (find folder with the newest date [NOT the 00000000 folder, one of the others]) > macr0

You can also copy the 'ui' and 'game' files. I usually copy all three of these because some of the patch updates cause your macros to disappear, UI and in-game settings to return to default state. It's nice to not have to re configure chat logs, keyboard settings etc, etc every time theres a patch.
