Yep. Not a bug, but a feature. In fact, there was a point in which it DID heal you even when you had stoneskin up, and the devs proceeded to remove that.

A reasonable misunderstanding. Although, yes, you ARE in fact taking damage you are not taking direct damage that may be converted to health until the stoneskin is gone.

If stoneskin + aegis boon were a vial combo that would be slightly OP, but in my opinion GLA/PLD need all the boost they can get with Warrior being substantially better.
