Do GMs / Square Enix Care about People Simultaneously Leveling Multiple Characters?

So, there's always groups of characters outside of Limsa Lominsa (specifically at Cedarwood) 24/7. There will be a higher level character running leves, inviting the lower level characters (which never move) and completing the leves giving all involved characters exp. This is clearly a single person leveling multiple characters and has been occurring for quite some time, but nothing has been done about it. So, does anyone care about this or is it just me?

everyone knows this including SE. I am almost 100% certain there not even bothering with RMT's (even though the devs and everyone says they are.) until 2.0. I think there letting the RMT's stay on for subscriptions, least thats my thought on the matter.

you have to be caught in the act of botting or using tools thats not your 2 hands. if your actually controlling your still playing 2+ characters with your own hands and that legal.

right now with the way this game is i say let the RMT's waste there money paying for there membership helps SE make the game better but when 2.0 come Kick there little butts to the kurb and watch them rot
