Gathering EXP & Rarity

It looks like Gathering EXP is tied to the "rarity" rating on the target item.
Perhaps this is a known fact but I don't see any lists out there classifying the gathered items.

E.g.
Crayfish - Common
Bone Crayfish - Uncommon (About +10% exp)
Crimson Crayfish - Rare (About +20% exp)

Using this relative exp, the few fish I observed:
Common:
Tree Toad
Rainbow Trout
Pipira
Black Ghost
Ala Mhigan Fighting Fish
Monke Onke

Uncommon:
Brass Loach

Gathering exp is still random so it is hard to put down a fixed number.
My level is a little too high to get good numbers on them.

Be nice if people who are starting to level or is still leveling can make notes.
