Macro line not working

/equip mh "Heavy Crowsbeak Hammer"

This used to work but somehow has stopped doing so. I've retyped it, tried trading the hammer to my retainer and back, tried adjusting the case of the letters and have checked for rogue spaces too. If anyone has any ideas on why this tool won't equip to my main hand when using text/macros, that would be great! I think it stopped working after I made a few of them for selling off, but I only have one on hand now so I can't understand why this should be an issue.

I can still equip it manually, luckily, using the gear screen. All the same, I'd rather stick to macros for my class changes where possible. =x

EDIT: Think I'll put this in, just anticipating it being asked...

Platform: Windows 7 / PC
ISP: Virgin Media
Type of Internet Connection: Broadband (Fibre-optic)
Internet Connection Speed: Bloody fast (sorry, not sure on the specifics, haha!)
Date & Time: 12/06/2012, 22:35, UK time.
Frequency: Constant over the past hour or so.
Character Name: Loony Bob
Race: Roegadyn
World: Sargatanas
Class/Skill Rank: My blacksmith is L30. My other classes range between 10 and 45.
Area and Coordinates: So far this problem has occurred outside Horizon, in Ul'dah and in the Market Wards of Ul'dah.
Party or Solo: N/A
In-Game Time: Unsure what in-game time it began, but at the moment it's "7/26 9:39".
Steps:
1. Use a class that is not Blacksmith.
2. Type this command (or use it in a macro): /equip mh "Heavy Crowsbeak Hammer"
3. Fail

Same thing happened for me and a bunch of other macros for my Crp gear switching.
but just as one example: /equip mh "Bas-relief Cobalt Saw" did not work at all, i've already made macro sets to switch gear for my pug and all of those worked fine, unless macros for crafting class's is different but as far as i know they aren't.

After logging out and logging in the next day the macro's that were not working now work, i did nothing to them to make this happen so it seem's some weird bug.

In any case logging out and in seems a good enough quick fix if it happens again,at least in my case.
