United We Stand (Ul'dah)

[Meesaw]

I'm having trouble completing the quest "United We Stand (Ul'dah)". I was teleported outside the gate after the fight without a cutscene, and my journal never updated. I've had a problem with cutscenes not activating for other quests, but this is the first time it's kept me from continuing.

Can this quest be progressed without me having to complete the fight again?

Did you obtain the CS just before storming the stronghold? After speaking with the 2 NPCs in the cave? I've heard of a few people not getting that, and still being able to enter the fight.

I did get the cutscene in the cave, and honestly I can't remember if I did before storming the stronghold. My journal still says to go straight to the fight still, so I don't think I've skipped anything. I also couldn't re enter the fight after I was teleported outside. I don't know what it could be that's keeping me from finishing the quest.
