-Qualify for the quest "The Usual Suspect"
-Speak to Otopa Pottopa
-He will repeat one of the sentences twice.

Obviously a small error in which the NPC is using the same text string twice, possibly in place of two different text strings. Here is a screenshot of the offending text.



Not an urgent bug, but here it is nonetheless.
