Ward Repair Service

Sometimes it's a hassle of repairing things just to put them up on the Wards. I was thinking that if you needed to sell something under 100%, there could be a fee, (think NPC repairs, at a higher cost, maybe 1.5x.) to be able to sell it. To keep people from just doing this instead of NPC repairs, just have it returned at 99% if they stop the sell.

Thoughts?

I like it, having to put something up in my bazaar for repairs just to go and sell it is an annoyance, and an unnecessary one at that.
