Can't reach Character select screen after disconnect

I got disconnected a moment ago, so did my wife (probably the router renewed its IP lease or something)

She was able to log back in immediately, while I can't reach the character select screen at all. It's been a good 10 minutes now and I still can't get in. quitting the game takes a LOT of time on a black screen, and trying to reach the character select screen just times out on a 13001 error.

Worked upon reboot. Don't know if this has anything to do with it.
