Does Fire Materia IV affect the damage dealt by Fists of Fire?

My Materia of Back Hand affects your face madam. But in all seriousness I dont see why it wouldnt but it looks like to me that monk jacked rdm's en-spells from XI but maybe theyll do something that makes no sense like give monk earth,fire, and wind for fists and give rdm thunder and ice en-spells cause you know theyve done it once already.

There was some testing on it, and as far as i remember, No , it doesn't affect Elemental Fist.
