Dear OP, a few pointers:
Please do spam the forum with topic after topic of the same thing. Please insert your topic in other topics as well. It gets your point across more and makes everyone feel better.
Don't worry about playing the game. The changes you speak of are so dramatic, it's not even worth trying for yourself. A nerf is a nerf and is a bad thing and should be treated as such.

we went 5/6 on Ifrit right after the change. and we even had some melee's in the party, amg! all in all it was a little more fun and interactive than normal ^^ WAR is still pretty much badass, maybe you need better heals

He just needs to not suck so bad that he can only play OP classes.
