Fingerprints of the Gods Broken

Fingerprints of the Gods simply will not kick in fishing Bald Knoll, Gungnir. 5 nodes now, 45 attempts and not once has this kicked in. Tried relogging and still, it will not kick in.

(Please note: I posted this on in game bugs as well.)

Just to follow up on this, fishing catalysts @ Nine Ivies, this is working fine there, kicked in 3/3 nodes as a matter of fact.

You can only fish up catalysts on the northern schools in Bald Knoll. If you are fishing in the southern schools (young Indigo Herring/Navigator's Ear), Fingerprint of the Gods will not activate. If you go to a school north of the camp, it should activate.

That could very well be the problem, as i was south. Thanks.

Should this still be view as bugged? Shouldn't this work at any node Bald Knoll?

Ah, well, I always chalked it up to different schools of fish. Like, you can't catch Black Sole in the south of Bald Knoll afaik, or at least, you definitely can't catch young Indigo herring and Navigator's Ears in the north. idk if it's a bug so much as a feature
