I believe the task board is not showing the 4th item requested for both supply and provisioning tasks with the grand company.

I have been unable to confirm if this is the fault of only the Gridanian poster-boy or if there is endemic corruption in the Grand Companies.

Would the ombudsman please ensure greater transparency and boost consumer confidence by requiring the task board operators to cease withholding information from and thus misleading the customer?

Yes, the task board does not show the 4th item, and I can guarantee you that the localization team can't do anything about it (aside from maybe telling the developers about it).
