Sorry for the confusion on this one, guys. As you suspected, it is simply a mistranslation from the original Japanese. You do indeed, need three of each of the three different primal seals.

I've just made the necessary changes to the text, which will go live in patch 1.22b.

I'm pretty sure they try to out-insane themselves with each new thing.
Essentially this is... getting nine 1% drops, for 8 people assuming a static, which probably won't be the case but to assume what a "hardcore" group would do... 72 drops to get happy people with only one weapon each.

Its not a 1%drop, we generally get 1/3 on gold chest runs.

It just means that 10 runs takes 35 minutes each. 6 hours a night for 3 night is 1 person.
