NEED a good WAR GUIDE

I've starting playing over the last month, after getting the game back in February. I didn't officially get into the game until April, and even still didn't start heavily playing the game until my next billing cycle :X

Anyways, I lvld GLA to 25 because I thought I wanted to play PLD, but after hitting that milestone, I decided MRD/WAR was more suited to my taste. I'll go back to PLD later but for now I just want to hit stuff with an axe and deal ridiculously OP dmg.

Essentially what Im getting at is, are there any good MRD/WAR guides out there? I've been looking all over google, Eorzeapedia, and ZAM but i can't seem to find anything, at least not anything really up to date. I'm currently lvl41 MRD, but I want to be sure that I'm playin to role efficiently. I have lvld CNJ to 11 for self heals and protect, and I lvld a little of LNC for feint (since MRD misses once and a while). That's basically it. Any and all information is gladly welcomed.

to be honest i think most people arent going to write any form of guide at present as the job is scheduled to be changed in the next patch 1.22b which is likely in the next 2-3 weeks.

so chances are bestto wait to ppl have seen how the changes affect the job before they give out advice.

On WAR you will most likely use only these 5 cross class abilities: Second Wind, Featherfoot, Rampart, Sentinel, Flash.

On MRD it depends on situation but some good additions to have are: Cure, Protect, Stoneskin, Raise, Sacred Prism, Sanguine Rite, Blood for Blood, Invigoriate, Keen Flurry, Blindside, Quelling Strike, Chameleon.

You're mainly looking for abilities that help you deal more damage, keep hate and mitigate damage taken.

While I'm sure it doesn't, I was simply trying to ensure that I'm playing the job adequately, and not just standing around hitting shit with an axe. There's a right way and a wrong way to every job or class, for example a friend did a run the Into the Dark last night and it took 5 attempts due to the tank being new and never doing a non XP pt.
