Is it just me or... has it gotten toooo quiet lately?

All of my pearls show less than a quarter of activity they used to show.

The shouts in Ul'dah have become rare and far between.

People no longer seem to be camped at any of the main dungeons or Garuda.


Did everyone flee from Dalamund?

Yeah, you can always count on a big game release like that, to take a great portion of people away from the game for a while. Watch how many people come back, and perhaps even a server breakdown once the next patch for xiv comes out.

Well, I have Diablo 3 and I'm really enjoying it, but I also log in to FFXIV. I have all jobs / classes @ 50 and and all crafts/ DOL almost at 50. From my perspective, it seems that you need a ls or static party that does things like AV or CC and the like. Taking a pickup group for those, is really a waste of time, imo, because they usually have newcomers to the party who don't know what to do. So, I basically now just log on to do a little crafting then log out an hour later to play Diablo 3.
