could someone please tell me how to get to the city at the top of the map (not sure what its called cos of the messed up writing on the map ).I need to go to that map for this quest and i dunno how to get there

Ishgard in Coerthas? You can't. However, you can't be referring to that city, since there are no quests that would require you to go there. More details, please.

the quest is called engineering victory i need to go to millers glade in the coerthas eastern lowlands to give the Magitek transceiver to a guy called Ebrelnaux

Coerthas is a region, not a city. To get to Coerthas, go west of Emerald Moss in the Black Shroud, just follow the road.

right yeah i see that exit now i went the wrong way and tried to get to Mor Dhona to go through there,ended up getting killed by lvl 71 mobs thanx for the reply i will try going the right way this time

Hi i'm also on this quest, but i don't know how to reach there. i'm in limsa atm.
Do i have to travel to another city? (haven't done that)

Coerthas can be got from the black shroud which is the region outside of Gridania.
