Expanded Race Genders Question

Say, when these are added in will players get the option of remodeling their characters or will they have to make new ones? I ask cause I'd imagine some people would like to try them out but don't have the slots to make new characters.

Any Legacy member will have 40 characters to play with.

I highly doubt that they will allow a mass name changing.
