It is, but it's Thaumaturge only. Black Mage can't use it.

It's just my opinion, I don't want two sets of gear when one will do just find that will work for both Thm/Blm. And the Mgaic attack potency is the only thing you get from the robe which is nice. But that Thm only really kills it.

+1 cocoons? I guess you were going for HQ gear only then? I don't think the armor requires HQ parts like the weapons do.

thm is pretty self sufficient too. you don't need blm skills to endgame in most cases, except convert. and not having convert would be a deal breaker for me.

Each piece requires a "Flawless Vanya Silk Lining". To make this, you have to HQ the Twinthread then HQ the Silk and pray you HQ the Lining. Since the Silk require "Potash" which you cannot get in HQ, your chances of HQing the silk hover around 40% if you lucky.
