An error has occured. (40000)4 -- Please Help.

I cannot log in and every time i do this error comes up for the past few days. I called SE company they told me I'm stuck inbetween a zone and they cant force me into somewhere. They told me to open up ports 54992-55551 on TCP and port number 443: 55296 - 55551 on UDP. Im not sure how to find the port number on my router. I also have a hybrid router. But I did forward those ports on my router and still nothing works.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Also if anyone that is reading this the guy on the phone told me to get someone ingame to send a GM call for me about this to help me and maybe he can do something to move me. Since I cannot log in myself and do it.

update on this I contacted my ISP and they setup my port forwarding, i also did it myself and still no luck getting in.

Hey Azmar,

Did you ever get this handled? I am also stuck in limbo since the patch with this error and can't log in. I tried forwarding ports as well with no luck and I am currently waiting on a reply from the support center.

ok to fix this problem just reinstall the game and its fixed.
