Fishers seeking to obtain Indigo Herring for Hyrstmill Hamlet contributions through gathering, I've put together this piece of info to confirm the locations of where this fish can be found. Hope it helps!

BTW - Do Floating Minnows work the same way as bait? What I mean by that is, does one minnow = one catch? OR can one minnow be used for multiple catches. Only reason I ask is because you can only craft 3 minnows at a time... whereas bait is 24 or 30 at a time.

The minnow is a lure as opposed to being a bait. Lures are only lost occasionally when you're unsuccessful with a hooked fish. lures4life

Rat Tails arn't half bad... are great bait for both saltwater and freshwater fishing... which reminds me.. need to farm some more.
