Young Indigo Herring??? WHERE ART THOU

Herpaderping around western La Noscea `^` But i can't seem to fish any up~
I've been using Spoon lures, floating minnows and a couple other bait/lures at different depths but have yet to see one bite. :<

Perhaps i'm just having terribad luck... or they're concentrated at a specific section of the map?

Perhaps a dumb question, but are you fishing at actual schools or just a random coast? Perhaps they only pop on schools?

Not sure if they just added them but you need to fish the schools below camp bald knoll. They are called indigo herring not young indigo herring like the patch said. The description of the fish is different then the other indigo herring and the two different herring don't stack together. I also caught navigators ears here.
