Culinary Achievement

I've been working on my achievement for all my DoH and noticed something odd when starting my Culinary lv 11-20 achievements. River Sand recipe from the lodestone (Crimson Crayfish ~> River Sand) is listed as a level 11-20 recipe but it's not being counted towards my achievements. Is this an error in the game or is it mislabeled on the website?

Level 11 Culinary chat log:

You create a pinch of river sand.
You obtain a pinch of river sand.
An increase in quality gains you 256% more experience!
You gain 268 experience points.

the count for the archivement won't show on the chat log.

If you are level 11 and the bonus xp bring you up to that tiny little number than the recipe is listed at the wrong level. With that xp return it makes the recipe lower than level 10, find a new recipe to use.

Yeah, this is definitely more of a website bug than a game bug. I think the issue lies with the lodestone's recipe list.
