Lodestone Naming Conflict

Due to the recent server merge, there is another character with the same name as me on Ridill: this ugly Roegadyn shard bot. The way I understood it was that people with identical names were going to be given a name change prompt when they log in. However, if the account is inactive and they don't log in, they're not forced to change the name.

The problem I have encountered with this, is with sites that require you to "link" your character to them by inputting a generated line onto your lodestone profile biography. I'm unable to "link" my character to sites such as ffxivpro.com and guildwork.com because there are two Not Applicables on Ridill.

Is there are way to circumvent this problem? Will the inactive characters with used names be deactivated or automatically changed in the future? It really isn't that big of a deal, but I'd like to be able to "link" my character to other fan-sites, guildwork in particular.
