A quick shout out to Gm Wyndallus for their swift (and sudden response that was a slight jump scare to me) response and professional inquiry of information. And in a personal response to their farewell comment to me, this is mine to you if you see this:

This matches my experiences with Wyndallus, too! It's impressive that they're not only speedy but clearly convey that they totally understand the situation being reported and will do everything that is needed to thoroughly investigate the issue.
