    I posed your question. Here are the answers:

    Fight phase timing and GCD/buff alignment for the most part. It’s a gain over the standard 63s rotation even with atone shift in a full uptime fight as well.
    so youre aligned with buffs and your ogcds dont drift from fof
    So it’s really only a thing in a full uptime fight like Ramuh, otherwise don’t do it.
