Well !#%@, it's only been 9 months but now I know better. It changed at ShB launch, this is why your first Fight or Flight is used just prior to Riot Blade, instead just prior to Goring Blade, as fof no longer affects Requiescat. If you are not using Atonement shift rotation, then you maintain using fof just prior to Riot Blade, with Atonement shift just prior to Goring Blade.
I've heard of, and practiced Atonement shifting... tho only recently. Thanks for sharing.
Anyway I'm curious about the Requiescat part. Is it really worth droping a Holy Spirit cast for a "preferred 60s rotation"?
Isn't dropping it a Holy Spirit during Req a major damage loss? At what point is a 60s rotation "preferred"?
Or is this topic way too specific?
I posed your question. Here are the answers:
Fight phase timing and GCD/buff alignment for the most part. It’s a gain over the standard 63s rotation even with atone shift in a full uptime fight as well.So it’s really only a thing in a full uptime fight like Ramuh, otherwise don’t do it.so youre aligned with buffs and your ogcds dont drift from fof
