I got Ticket Number:....... I have nothing wrong.... I want learning E6S PUG PF because of it Alee blacklist on me very long time ago, I tried enter but PF said "Error join Party" I can't come with my friend that's why, he asked Alee's Leader PF gave to him then my friend invited me then we enter to E6S I and friend got cleared E5S.

While battle we enjoy and fun this is no problem. Happened we died I asked them some of thing... they don't answer me then My friend quick tell me don't talk chat PUG on discord message private I don't know what's going on... till end battle we are tired then we goes bed till I woke up I shower... I eat for lunch...

I login I saw in jail I'm so shocked! I ask my friend what happened? He said to me what he heard them in Discord VC they jerk and they do this to me for report because they don't understand me. I guess My English is no good or smart... don't know what's going on with this?

Why GM Zeigunav did not check Chat History for yesterday last night?

you know this I don't get ban for 4 years..... I always follow the FFXIV's Rules I knew it because of player had blacklist on me very long time ago I should not join PF with player had blacklist on me :'(

if it's in the chat logs and it shows you violated terms of service then you are in the wrong no matter what you may think or "believe" what is right.

I doubt that the GM did not read chat history, they aren't gonna risk losing a sweet job like this, over something like that. Every single time I submit a report they try to contact you directly; ask for anything you want to say or add even if you already wrote your description of incident on your report. After you say all you want to say, they ask you again if there's anything you might have missed and would like to mention. After that they seem to go investigate, and after a decent amount of time they message you back and say they are gonna submit a report. They take as much time investigating, as it is needed. if you got banned your probably said something very messed up, people dont just get suddenly banned because they were mean. I've seen people do some pretty shitty things and they are still around.
